We will begin our walk at 10am from the front of the store so please arrive in plenty of time.
We will walk through Notley Country park and head along the dismantled Flitch way railway line. We will arrive at the Booking Hall Cafe for a hot drink and snack and then head back the way we came to conclude our walk.

A one hour walk around the countryside in Maylandsea followed by one hour of yoga by Emma at Yoga wise studio. You are then welcome to stay and enjoy the delights of Tea and Tarot (optional & additional charge for food and drink).
Please wear comfortable clothing for the walk so we can transition easily into the yoga section.
You will need:
Hiking boots/walking boots or trainers you don’t mind getting muddy
Waterproof coat (and trousers if you have them)
Small backpack with:
Water and snacks for the walk (you can refill your water for the yoga section.

Join Rooted & Roaming Women in collaboration with Rebecca at Woodland Roots on Sunday 22nd November at 9.30am for a morning of walking, woodland activities and an enticing fire in Stow Maries at the Princes of Wales pub.
We’ll start with a 3–4 mile walk, before heading into a bushcraft session with a variety of activities to get stuck into. And of course, there’ll be fire!
We’ll learn, gather around the flames, make hot drinks and cook some tasty snacks over the naked fire.
Afterwards, we’ll head to our booked table at The Prince of Wales, Stow Maries for a social.
You’re very welcome to stay and enjoy a farm-to-fork meal or simply grab a refreshing drink at this beautiful country pub (Payable separately on the day)
